I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its clean and tidy environment. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making my visit more enjoyable. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions, but the dining experience felt a little underwhelming, especially given the hotel's price point. Overall, it was a good value for money, but there's room for improvement in a couple of areas.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a spectacular view of Charlotte's skyline, especially after getting management involved for a reduced rate on my booking. The location is perfect, close to everything without the crowds. However, I was a bit disappointed in the service regarding the refund request, and the breakfast options could have been better.
